Mrs. Arola for her support. Parents on Campus – A New Program This new program involves parents
working together to be more involved at our children’s recess. Interested
parents will be fingerprinted and receive safety training from Mrs. Arola. Organizing
playground games during recess once a week is the focus. To participate in
this program contact Ashley Selck at 763-7899 or Christina Castellanos at 763-1336. |
A call
for the 2008 Nominating Committee Spring is the time to elect new officers to the Home and School Club Board of Directors. To do this, we need a nominating committee of three or more members. The nominating committee will be formed at the April meeting with election taking place at the May meeting. If you would like to nominate someone or know someone who would accept a nomination please come to the April meeting. Description of the board positions: President – Presides over all meetings, ex-officio member of all committees except nominating committee and maintains calendar of events Vice President – Shall act as aide to president and in absence of President act as President, Coordinate fundraising, and review bank statement Treasurer – Pay all bills, keep accurate records of all receipts and disbursements, and present reports at monthly meetings. Secretary – Record proceedings of all meetings, conduct all correspondence of the corporation. Parent Coordinator – Organize room parents for each classroom. Distribute and collect volunteer forms for all events sponsored by Bradley Elementary. The

Tuesday of each month from with
child care provided. Come and help us make decisions
about our school. Bring your input and ideas.
