School Site Council Minutes

Members present: Steve Harrington, Lisa Fraley, Patricia Dunn, Kathy Arola, Karen Garcia-Graham, Bart Meltzer, Heidi Barnes, Kathleen Blair, Ted Altenberg and Lynn Olsen

Call to order: Steve Harrington called meeting to order at 4:35 pm

Elections: Bart Meltzer was elected Vice president... motion 1st was Steve Harrington motion 2nd was Ms. Dunn

Reading of the minutes: read by all members and minutes approved.. 1st motion was Steve Harrington and 2nd was Ms. Dunn

Gate Overview: Lynn Olsen came from the district and presented a packet for us to go over with her telling us more about gate and the results it has. Ted Altenberg also joined us and went over it and answered any questions we had about Gate...

Letter to Ellen Pirie: Steve Harrington passed out a copy of a letter he drew up for Ellen for us to look over

Letter to Driscolls: Karen Garcia- Graham had an outline drew up of a letter to Driscolls.... and would get that to Kathy

By laws Review:we looked over by-law packet.

North Zone Goals: We went over a list of PVUSD goals . Site council needs to look over goals and give any input to Kathy

Els: Kathy went over some data about progress of Els

We also talked more about our blog for site council agenda items
